Fire
Suppression Systems
Fire
Suppression with Gaseous Clean Agents
Saltex
Group specializes in engineered and pre-engineered fire suppression
systems utilizing clean agents such as CO2, FM-200, FE-13 and Argonite. Our in
house CAD design engineering department has been factory trained to
design and install all of the above systems.
Halon
1301 production ceased on January 1, 1994. Saltex Group immediately began
selling and installing the new environmentally safe replacement agents
FM-200, FE-13 and Argonite. These three agents are approved for occupied
areas by the EPS and NFPA 2001. Saltex Group has always been on the
cutting edge of this technology.

FE-13 System
FE-13 with Kidde's high-pressure expertise are a
natural combination. FE-13 is clean, safe and fast acting, with no
EPA restrictions. Designed for harsh and demanding applications;
low temperature environments, high ceiling structures or
hazards requiring high concentration inerting. Low boiling point
and high vapor pressure mean effective suppression where other
agents fail.
